Commission Types

Note that all my commissions can be subject to a complexity charge depending on the scope of your commission idea.

Illustrations

This commission type is posted under my illustration account CaprasCharm.

THE BASE PRICE OF ALL ILLUSTRATIONS INCLUDE:

  • One character

  • Simple props (ex. a chair, sword, limb of another character)

  • Basic shading

  • No backgrounds

  • The same price for bust, waist-up, and full body

  • The same price for SFW and NSFW

  • Let me know if you have a brush style or colour preference! You can see examples of my work on my CaprasCharm account.

Rough Sketch - 20 USD

  • 20 per additional sketch/character (even if it is the same character again!)

  • 10 for one alt version*

  • No flat colours

  • * Alts are an alternate version of a sketch (which may contain multiple characters) on the same page where the majority of the drawing is the same as the initial sketch, with small changes (ex. expression change).

  • Alts cost 20USD after the first alt on an image.

This commission type does NOT allow for revisions.
So please be clear about what you want in your commission description!

Clean Lines - 60 USD

  • 40 per additional character

  • 50% commission cost for flat colours instead of shading (1.5x commission cost)*

  • 100% commission cost for colours AND full shading (2x commission cost)

  • 10 - 100+ USD complexity charge (difficult props, inclusion of many small characters, extra design-work, alts, etc.)

  • Image are typically 1604 x 2297px or slightly smaller

  • * Example: Clean Lines with one character and no extra costs is $60. Flat colours adds 30$. Total commission cost becomes 90$. Clean Lines with an additional character costs 100$. Flat colours adds 50$. Total cost is 150$.

Animations

This commission type is posted under my animation account blunkinator.

ALL ANIMATIONS INCLUDE:

  • One character

  • GIF export at 12 frames per second (this generally means there are 6 to 12 drawings per second of animation)

  • Both an uncompressed and a compressed + smaller image size export for easier online uploads

  • The same price for SFW and NSFW

  • Price scaling by animation length (1 to 8 seconds)

  • The option for sketch, lined, basic fill, coloured, and coloured + shaded

  • Please note that all 1 second sketch basic fill animations do NOT allow for revisions

Animation prices vary by type, level of refinement, length, and complexity.

Icon/Sticker

  • A small-canvas sized animation; it doesn't have to be used as an icon or sticker, but its size makes it useful for these purposes

  • You get both 256px and 100px square GIF exports (ask me if you want different small sizes instead)

  • I will do my best to get a 100px version which fits within FurAffinity's 75kb icon upload limit

  • Can have a solid or transparent background

Bust/Close-Up

1 second, lined, colour = 195 USD

  • Generally about 1000px square GIF

  • Can be a bust or other non-full body view of a character

  • Background can be a solid colour, a simple gradient, or have very simple background details

Full Body

6 second, lined, colour + shaded

  • Generally around 1920 x 1080px or smaller GIF

  • Background can be a solid colour, a simple gradient, or have very simple background details

Sketch Page - 220 USD

  • Base price covers up to 6 "scenes" (like a comic panel, without the panels)

  • I'll spread the scenes across as many pages as required

  • 80 USD per set of 6 additional scenes

  • 10 - 100+ USD complexity charge (difficult props, inclusion of many small characters, extra design-work, alts, etc.)

  • 40 USD per additional character*

  • Currently not offering flat colours

* This charge applies if I have to look at a reference sheet for the character or an extra character/creature features prominently in the commission. If the design of a character is entirely left up to me and they don't feature prominently in the commission, I may waive the 'extra character' charge.The charge applies once per character, whether that character features once or several times throughout the commission.

Terms of Service

  • You must be over 18 to commission me

  • I may decline a commission for any reason

  • Rude or deceptive behaviour will lead to commission cancellation and blacklisting

  • Commissions are non-refundable once I have started work on them

  • If I need to cancel a commission due to personal reasons outside client behaviour then you may receive a refund proportional to the work I've already completed on it

  • Work begins after the invoice is fully paid unless we've agreed on an alternate payment plan

  • Prices are in USD

  • Please credit me if you post my work on your profile (blunkinator for my animations, CaprasCharm for my illustrations)

  • I may post commissions I have done for my own promotional use

  • Please expect upwards of three months for work to finish on your commission. I will let you know if I expect your commission to take more time

  • You will receive a digital image file at commission completion; I do not ship anything

  • Your commission is for personal use only. You can make small edits to it, but you must not remove my signature or resell my work (including selling prints or minting NFTs)

  • Do not use my art for any type of AI training or image generation

Will Draw

  • Humans, anthros, ferals, taurs

  • NSFW and SFW

  • Transformation

  • Pregnancy, birth, oviposition

  • Light to moderate blood/gore

  • Dub/noncon

  • Fandom characters

  • Monstrous creatures

  • Body horror

  • Pokemon

Will NOT Draw

  • In another art style (ex. "disney style")

  • Exact copies of another artist's work. Showing me inspiration is fine but I will not make replicas of others' work.

  • Heavily mechanical things (vehicles, complex robotic parts, etc.)

  • NSFW of underaged characters

  • Human babies

  • Bloody birth

  • Bathroom/filth fetishes (watersports, scat, vomit, musk, etc.)

  • Vore, Hyper, Inflation

Process

  • Fill out my Commission Request Form

  • I will contact you to discuss, accept, or decline your request

  • When your request is accepted and we agree on the price, I will send you a Paypal invoice (you do not need a Paypal account to pay it)

  • Paying the invoice secures your commission slot in my queue

  • I will send Work in Progress (WIP) images occasionally and ask for your input and approval

  • The kinds of revisions you can request depends on what stage the commission is at (see Revisions section below for more detail)

  • When the commission is complete, you will receive the final GIF export for the animation or PNG for illustration commissions

  • In the event I have many ongoing commissions but I have approved your commission request, I will put you on a waitlist queue

  • I will only send an invoice when I am ready to move you into a commission slot; work will begin after you have paid the invoice

  • Please contact me if you have questions at any point!

Revisions

Things to Keep in Mind

  • If there is anything you want changed, please tell me as soon as possible in the process and as clearly as possible

  • I don't have a hard limit on the total number of revisions you can request, but I may set a limit if many keep happening, especially if they're something that I should have been made aware of at the start (ex. very specific posing choices, colours different from the reference you gave me)

While working on your commission I will reach certain stages where I will stop working and send a WIP for your approval. These stages are as follows:

  • SKETCH PASS

  • The 'ideas' stage

  • You may request major changes, including full body pose changes, anatomy and size adjustments

  • For animations- I may send still images of major poses for approval first before I sketch out the rest of the animation

  • I may or may not go through both a rough and cleaner sketch pass depending on the commission before I move onto lines

  • LINE PASS

  • For illustrations- you may request moderate changes, including fixes for any mistakes I've made with your character's anatomy, the change of an expression, the placement of a limb

  • For animations- you may request small changes such as mistakes I made with your character's anatomy and details I added that weren't present during the sketch pass. If there is a distinct looping section within the animation, you may request for me to extend or reduce it within reason; I will NOT make changes to any motions that were already approved in the sketch pass

  • COLOUR PASS

  • I will NOT make any changes to the lines

  • This is your chance to let me know if I've made any mistakes with the colours or other details I've done in this stage

  • SHADING PASS

  • This is the last possible stage for any commission type and includes doing shading and lighting effects

  • I will make only minimal changes to the shading at this stage
